Our experience covers almost all development sectors, but we have particular experience in energy, agricultural, heritage, industrial, residential and environmental projects. We work with developers, landowners, business owners, and UK and international companies.

Energy Infrastructure & Renewables

We have extensive experience helping individual homeowners through to large international companies securing energy infrastructure for their needs. This includes standalone solar arrays for large country properties, utility scale solar farms, anaerobic digesters, battery energy storage systems and wind turbines. As well as securing planning consent for energy developments we have also managed and co-ordinated EIA Environmental Statements for large scale Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs).

Agricultural Development

Our agricultural experience includes new winery buildings and fermentation tanks, agriculture barn conversions for farm shops and dwellings, permitted development prior approval and vertical farming.

Residential Development

We have experience in securing planning consent for new large country houses through to small to medium sized residential developments. In EIA practice we have experience in producing, managing and co-ordinating Environmental Statements for schemes up to 2,500 dwellings.
